Campaign Terms and Conditions
- This campaign is exclusive to new credit card applications, which can be obtained via the Bank AlJazira App, visiting branches, or through AlJazira Online (for both existing and new customers).
- The campaign includes Bank AlJazira credit cards and excludes low limit credit cards or business credit cards.
- The prize: A 5-day trip to London (4 nights), including airfare and accommodation, in addition to 5,000; to be deposited into the credit card of 15 winners. Each winner is allowed to bring one companion, and Bank Aljazira will handle the booking for the companion.
- The winner’s trip to London will depart from the main airports in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. If the winner is from outside these cities, they will need to cover the cost of booking a flight to one of the main cities.
- To enter the prize draw, the credit card must be issued and activated, and the minimum spending requirement of 1,000; must be met during the campaign period. If the card is not activated or used during the campaign, the customer will not be eligible for the draw.
- The minimum spending requirement of 1,000; does not include cash withdrawals, bill payments, or electronic wallet top-ups.
- Bank Aljazira is responsible for selecting the airlines and hotels and making the reservations. The bank's choice is final and cannot be changed. The winner must provide the bank with the required travel documents for themselves and their companion within a week of being notified of their win, ensuring their passport is valid for at least six months from the booking date for the trip.
- Bank Aljazira reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner in the following cases:
- Failure to confirm the booking date within a week of being notified of the win.
- Failure to provide the required travel documents within a week of being notified of the win.
- If there is an obstacle preventing the winner’s travel (e.g., expired passport, failure to obtain a visa, etc.).
- If the winner does not agree to have their name and photo published on Bank Aljazira’s social media pages.
- The winner cannot change the travel date after the booking has been made.
- The winner cannot give or gift the prize to another person.
- The winner cannot exchange the prize for cash.
- The travel booking period to London will be in June 2025.
- The name must match the official identification used in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Obtaining a travel visa is the responsibility of the winner.
- In case of multiple wins by the same participant, they will only receive one prize.
- The winner will sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the prize, which will later be submitted to the Chamber of Commerce.
- The winner's name and photo will be posted on Bank Aljazira’s official social media accounts. If they do not agree, another winner will be drawn.
- The draw will take place within two weeks after the campaign ends.
