In case of a major flight delay, the Multi-Currency Card provides you with complimentary access to over 1300 airport lounges in more than 500 airports across 100+ countries.

Who Can Use This Service?

This exclusive benefit is available for up to 8 flights per year, covering you and up to 4 additional passengers on the same journey. If your flight is delayed by 60 minutes or more, relax in comfort while you wait.

How It Works:

  • With a simple opt-in , the customer should visit the portal and www.visa.smartdelay.com/Cemea
  • After the registration is completed, a confirmation e-mail will be received.
  • In case an airline announces a delay that meets or exceeds the qualifying delay threshold , the customer should visit the portal and verify the PAN and flight number.
  • The cardholder will receive a Digital LoungeKey voucher and will be able to access the lounges across the globe.
