1.This "Offer" is provided by Afaq Q-Tech General Trading Company, a limited liability company ("Amazon"), and is available on the Amazon.sa website, its mobile site, and mobile apps (collectively referred to as "Amazon.sa").

2. These terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") apply in addition to the terms of use, sale, and privacy notice of Amazon.sa, which you agree to by using Amazon.sa. In case of any conflict between the Terms of Use and the Offer Terms, the Offer Terms will apply for the purposes of this offer.

3. Prime members holding eligible Mastercard-issued credit or prepaid cards ("Card") can participate in the "Offer" (each referred to as a "Cardholder").

4.The offer is valid for a limited period only until all available discounts are claimed, starting from November 26th ("Offer Period").

5.If a Cardholder purchases an eligible product on Amazon.sa using the card during the Offer Period, the Cardholder will receive a 10% discount on the total transaction amount, excluding taxes, fees, and shipping charges, using the code MC10 ("Offer").

6.If multiple cards are used through a single Prime customer account on Amazon.sa, only the first card used during the Offer Period will be eligible for the offer. If the same card is used across multiple Amazon customer accounts, only the first account to use the card during the Offer Period will be eligible for the offer.

7.The maximum discount for this offer per Prime member account on Amazon.sa, via the Amazon.sa website and/or app, is 75 SAR.

8. This offer applies only to products displayed on Amazon.sa, sold by Amazon.sa or its third-party sellers on Amazon.sa ("Eligible Products"), excluding wireless products (such as mobile phones), Amazon.sa gift cards, products from the Amazon Global Store, baby food, mobile recharge products, Adidas products, digital software, and video games. Product classification is at Amazon’s sole discretion.

9. Cardholders are not obligated to participate in this offer.

10. A minimum transaction amount of 100 SAR is required to participate in this offer.

11. The offer does not apply to payments made via Cash on Delivery.

12.This offer may be used in conjunction with other Amazon promotions or offers at Amazon’s discretion.

13. If an order is cancelled or a refund is issued, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded. No amount related to the discount will be refunded.

14. Under no circumstances will the offer value be paid out in cash by Amazon.

15. Amazon reserves the right to exclude any Cardholder from participation in the offer if they are suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity related to the offer.

16. The offer is subject to availability. Amazon reserves the right at any time to modify, add, remove, or amend any of the terms and conditions in these Offer Terms. Amazon may replace this offer with another, whether similar or not, or withdraw it entirely. Amazon's decision in this regard is final.

17. Nothing in these Offer Terms obligates Amazon to conduct any similar offers in the future.

1. What is the offer?

Get a 10% discount (up to 75 SAR) when shopping for eligible products using Mastercard-issued credit or prepaid cards ("Mastercard Prime Members Offer"). This offer is valid for Prime members on Amazon.sa from November 26th for a limited time, during which all available discounts can be used ("Offer Period").

This offer is not valid on Mada cards.

2. How can I participate in this offer?

You can redeem the offer as follows:

1. Click on "Redeem" from the offer dropdown menu on the product page before adding the product to your cart. This will apply the discount to your product, or

2. On the checkout page, select your saved payment card or enter new card details, then enter the CVV code and click to use this payment method. If you did not redeem the offer on the product page, enter the applicable code MC10 in the promotional code window to benefit from the offer.

Any of these options will allow you to enjoy the offer during the grace period, provided you hold an eligible card.

Note: If you have already redeemed the offer on the product page, please check your cart to ensure the discount has been applied. If you enter the redemption code along with "Redeem Offer" on the product page at the same time, an error message will appear.

3. Is there a minimum transaction amount to benefit from the offer?

A minimum transaction amount of 100 SAR (excluding any shipping costs or import fees) is required to participate in the offer(s).

4. What is the maximum discount I can benefit from?

The maximum discount for each Prime member account on Amazon.sa is 75 SAR.

5. What if I cancel my order or return a product?

If an order is cancelled or a refund request is issued, only the net amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded. No refund will be given for the discount applied.

6. Can I benefit from the discount if I choose Cash on Delivery?

This offer does not include Cash on Delivery payments.

7. Are all products included in the offer?

All products on Amazon.sa are eligible for the discount, except for wireless products (including, but not limited to, mobile phones), Amazon.sa gift cards, products sold by Amazon Global Store (shipped by Amazon US, Amazon UK, and Amazon UAE), mobile phone top-up products, baby food, Adidas products, digital software, and video games.
