He holds a degree of Bachelor of Engineering in King Saud University in Riyadh in 1989, a Member of the Board since 2004 and Chairman of AlJazira Takaful since 2013 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance Company (Egypt) a member of the Board of Directors of Qassim Cement Company since 1998, He was also a member of the board of directors of the Consolidated Brothers for Development Co., since 1993.

Member of the Board of Directors of Bank AlJazira since 2016 he holds his Master of Professional Accounting in the University of Queensland for Technology in U.S.A. he gained a wide experience in Financial and investment institutions in accounting and auditing fields, and currently holding a membership of the executive and Risk committee in Bank AlJazira and a Managerial position in General Organization for Social Insurance. Prior to joining Bank AlJazira Mr. AlShaia was the Financial Auditor at Al Rashid Accountants during the year 2002 to 2004, Member of the Audit Committee Saudi Insurance Company 2010 to 2013, Director of the Board SAfwa Cement Company, and the Head of Budget Department GOSI 2011 to 2015.

 

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in the USA, a Member of the Board since Jan 2021 and has nearly 21 years’ experience in the banking sector. During this period, Mr. Naif AlAbdulkareem has held several key leadership positions including the Deputy Managing Director of Personal Banking and Wealth Management at SABB, member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Sanid and SABB Takaful, a member of the Board of Director of SIMAH and HSBC Saudi Arabia, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SABB Insurance Agency.

 

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Medical Sciences with Specialization in Biomedical Technology, from King Saud University in 1993. He became a Member of the Board of Directors of Bank Aljazira in the beginning of 2019. Currently, he holds the position of Advisor to the CEO at Dallah AlBarrakah Holding Company since 2008 and Founder & Managing Partner of Mauthouq Financial Consultancy since 2017.

Prior to that, He held various Top management positions in different Banks and Investment Companies, such as Managing Director and CEO of Itqan Capital Company from 2011 to 2017, Chief Investment Officer, Dallah Al Barakah Holding Company during 2006 - 2011, Team Leader, Corporate & Investment Banking SAMBA Financial Group during 2002 - 2006 and Relationship Officer, Corporate Banking, Banque Saudi Fransi from 1994 to 2002

Earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 2000 and an MBA from London Business School in 2010, He became a member of the Board of Directors of Bank Aljazira in the beginning of 2022.Mr. Albetari had been in many leading positions with a wide experience in the Banking and Investment sector.

Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1985. He became a member of the Board of Directors of Bank Aljazira in the beginning of 2022.

He has an extensive experience in many sectors He is a member of the board of directors and committees of several listed companies.

Mr. Bindawood holds a Bachelor of Management degree in 1996, He has an extensive banking experience. Joined the Board of Directors of Bank AlJazira since 2022, Currently holds several positions in the financial sector and the real estate sector and the investment sector as well as other different sectors.

 

Mr. Al Melhem holds a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal in 2013, He has an extensive experience in different administrative areas. Started his with the Board of Directors of Bank AlJazira in 2022, And he has experience in different fields
