Mohammed bin Saad Bindawood holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University in 1996 and has banking experience. He has been a member of Bank AlJazira since 2022 and currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank AlJazira since the beginning of 2025. He has extensive experience in the financial, real estate, investment and other sectors.

Naif bin Abdulkareem AlAbdulkareem holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Chicago, USA. He currently holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors since January 2021, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIMAH, the Saudi Credit Bureau since 2023, and Member of the Board of Directors of AlJazira Takaful Company and AlJazira Capital. Mr. Naif has a distinguished professional career and administrative experience spanning more than 21 years in the banking sector, during which he held many administrative and leadership positions.

Saad bin Ibrahim Almushawah holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1985. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bank AlJazira since the beginning of 2022. He has extensive experience in several fields and is a member of the Board of Directors and committees of several listed companies.

Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Alshaia is member of the Board of Directors of Bank AlJazira since 2016. He holds a Master's degree in Advanced Professional Accounting from Queensland University of Technology in 2008 and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University in 2004. He currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at the National Health Insurance Center, since 2024. He also has experience in the fields of management, investment and banking activities.

Abdulaziz bin Muteb Alrasheed holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in 1994. He currently holds the position of a Board Member at Bank AlJazira, a Board Member at Umm Al-Qura Development and Reconstruction Company since 2023, and an Advisor at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources since 2023. He worked from 2019 to 2022 as Assistant Minister for Financial Policies and International Relations at the Ministry of Finance, and has extensive experience in several fields.

Mohammed bin Abdulkrem Alnafea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in 2004, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University in 2008. He has obtained several executive graduate programs from Harvard University and London Business School in the fields of strategy, finance and leadership. He has extensive experience coupled with several achievements in the fields of leadership, management, strategic planning and finance, during which he held several administrative positions at Saudi Aramco, where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Luberef – Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company. He currently holds the position of Board Member of Bank AlJazira and CEO and Board Member of Makkah Construction and Development Company.

Abdulmohsen bin Mohammed Alsheikh holds a Master's degree in Law from Duke University in the United States of America in 1995, and a Bachelor's degree in Sharia Studies from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in 1989. He holds a diploma in Law from the Institute of Management. He currently holds the position of a member of the Board of Directors of Bank AlJazira, and he held the position of Chief Legal Officer, Compliance and Risk Department at Tadawul, from 2008 to 2017. He also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Noor Real Estate Fund affiliated with Bloom Investment from 2018 to 2024.

Sultan bin Abdulaziz Alhamidi holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from King Saud University in 2004, and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1997. He currently holds the position of a Board Member at Bank AlJazira, and the position of CEO of the Social Development Bank since 2024. He worked from 2015 to 2019 as Vice President of Personal Finance at Bank AlJazira and currently holds several memberships in various fields.
