Aljazira Takaful Ta’awuni Company

Formed and listed in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), the company is Authorized to conduct insurance business in accordance with Shariah and SAMA Guidelines. The Bank owns 35% share in the Company’s capital of SAR350Million.  Aljazira Takaful Taawuni commenced its commercial operations in January 2014.

AlJazira Capital is a one person Saudi closed joint stock Company owned by Bank Al Jazira operating under the regulatory supervision of the Capital Market Authority, specialized in securities business and providing the services of dealing, underwriting, managing, arranging, advisory, and custody.

Aman Development and Real Estate Investment Company

Based in Jeddah, Company was formed as an SPV to facilitate mortgage financing, and to hold and manage real estate collaterals on behalf of the bank.

Aman Insurance Agency Company

Acting as an agent for bancassurance activities on behalf of the bank.

AlJazira Securities Limited

A Cayman Islands based company formed to carry out Shariah compliant derivatives and capital market transactions.
