How to Set up Apple Pay using AlJazira SMART

Open the latest version of the AlJazira SMART on your iPhone:

Tap on Add Cards to Apple Pay from the home screen
Enter the Authentication Code sent by SMS
Choose the card you want to add to Apple Pay by scrolling up/down and tap on Add to Apple Wallet
Follow the simple instructions on the screen to get your phone set up for Apple Pay

Set your AlJazira Card as your default card. From Settings menu:

Tap on Wallet & Apple Pay
Select Default Card
Select your Bank AlJazira Card

How to add your card on iPhone

Step 1

Open the iPhone Wallet app and tap the "+ "sign

Step 2

Scan your card with your iPhone camera
Enter the Authentication Code sent to the registered mobile number / email address

Step 3

You are now ready to use Apple Pay

How to add card on Apple Watch

Step 1

Open the Apple Watch app on your paired iPhone

Step 2

Scroll to Wallet & Apple Pay

Select Add Credit or Debit Card

Step 3

Scan your card with your iPhone camera

Enter the Authentication Code sent to the registered mobile number / email address

iPad and Mac

iPad:

Step 1

From the Settings menu, tap on Wallet and Apple Pay

Step 2

Select Add Credit or Debit Card

Step 3

Follow the instructions to add the card

Mac:

Step 1

Go into System Preferences

Step 2

Open the Wallet & Apple Pay

Step 3

Tap the "+" at the top of the screen

Follow the instructions to add the card

Paying in Stores:

Make payments using iPhone and Apple Watch:

Apple Pay is the safer, faster way to pay in stores with your iPhone and Apple Watch. Quickly check out using the devices you carry every day.*

To pay with Face ID, double-click the side button, glance at your screen, then hold iPhone near the reader. For Touch ID, hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID. On Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold Apple Watch up to the reader.

Paying in apps and on the web:

To pay in apps and on the web with iPhone and iPad, select Apple Pay as the payment method during checkout and complete with Face ID or Touch ID. To pay on Mac in Safari, choose Apple Pay then complete the purchase with your iPhone or Apple Watch. On MacBook Pro, pay using Face ID or Touch ID on Touch Bar.

The safer way to pay:

Your physical Card number is kept private and never stored in Apple Pay or shared with merchants.
Every Apple Pay transaction requires you to authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID.
Real-time purchase alerts keep you on top of your Card account. You can also view your last 10 transactions in the Wallet.

You can use Apple Pay everywhere contactless payments are accepted. In stores, you can use Apple Pay on your iPhone or Apple Watch. How is Apple Pay secure?

How does Apple Pay work?
